As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, I work with a relational lens at all times. This means I recognize that none of us are completely alone in this world, and I work with you within the context of your relationships. I enjoy working with individuals (ages 13+) who desire to be more connected with themselves and/or their loved ones.

I believe you are the expert of your life, which is why your personal goals are the most important focus of our time together. I will join with you to identify your therapy goals and support you through the process of accomplishing them.

I practice from a strengths-based perspective, meaning throughout our work together you will become more aware of your strengths and challenges, and how they support your best self.

I also write, record, and perform music in my free time. I enjoy mixing my passion as a musician into therapy whenever possible. I believe music is a healing agent in itself and can help us process our lives and evolve. ​​​​​​
