I worked for a decade as a therapist helping adult individuals and couples create long-lasting change in their relationships and mental health status. I believe we all deserve to thrive, not just survive in this world. I understand from my own experience as a therapy client that sometimes we need support and unique guidance outside of ourselves to help us along.

I have recently shifted gears to focusing on building Sims Therapy as a group practice to increase the availability of safe spaces for people to be witnessed and supported in their truth. I have stepped into a supervisory role and am passionate about giving other brilliant therapists the tools they need to be successful in helping others.
