Job Details:

  • W-2 position

  • ​Work with clients either remotely or in person in Tyler, TX.

  • You receive exceptional training and support throughout employment. 

  • You decide your target clientele. We will find and match you with such clients.

    • HIPAA compliant virtual therapy platform and email​

    • Consistent and effective marketing 

    • Therapy office in Tyler, TX to see your clients 

    • Malpractice insurance 

    • Supervision for LMFT-A s and therapy interns 

    • Admin support for scheduling and new client intakes

    • Credentialing with major insurance companies

    • Billing support

    • CEUs

  • Attendance is required for monthly staff meetings​ and mandatory CEUs.

If you are interested in other tasks or roles within the company, we are open and would love to hear about your interests. We are currently looking for support in social media and blog writing. 

Licenses:

LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LMSW, or Therapy interns (in graduate school or licensing process)​​

Who we're looking for: 

Availability:

Must be available 2 evenings (3-7 pm) and one daytime shift (10-1 pm or 12-3 pm)

Schedule your clients within your shifts however you like. 

Qualities:

Strong and direct communication skills

Enjoys working with a team 

Ability to follow policies and procedure

Calm and positive demeanor

Punctual

Open to learning and growing as clinician

Confidence in therapeutic skills

Compensation:
 

  • Fully Licensed Therapists:

    • 40% split​ of client fees

      • Receive $30 per session up front, and the remainder once insurance is processed (if applicable)​

    • $15/hour for approved admin work​

    • $20 for client no-shows

​

  • Associate Licensed Therapists:​​

    • $25 per therapy session​

    • $10/hour for approved admin work

    • $15 for no-shows

    • Receive discount on clinical supervision

​

  • Therapy Interns (graduate level)​

    • If you are currently in graduate school, this is an unpaid position with supervision support. 

    • If you have graduated therapy school and are in the licensing process, you will receive $15 per therapy appointment along with supervision support.
